The meeting will be held in the Xiamen Aqua Resort, located within the Wuyuan Bay Wetland Park in Xiamen city. The Diyuan Conference Room, equipped with an LED screen, can accommodate ~100 people.
The LOC has reserved rooms(single or double) for participants at the Xiamen Aqua Resort. Please indicate your accommodation option in the registration form. Breakfast is included in the room cost.

There are nonstop flights between Amsterdam Schipol Airport (AMS) and Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport (XMN), operated by KLM (KL) or Xiamen Airlines (MF). The flights are codeshared between the two airlines. The schedule is:

All international flights will arrive at/depart from Terminal 3 of the Xiamen airport.
The Aqua Resort is conveniently located near the Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. Participants can take a taxi to the hotel. The distance is ~ 8 km and the trip takes about 20 minutes, costing about 25 CNY (depending traffic).
The Xiamen Railway Station and Xiamen North Railway Station are ~ 20 minutes and ~30 minutes away from the hotel by taxi, costing ~ 30 CNY and ~ 60 CNY, respectively.
